Hi, my name is Agung * and i have a payout problem.
I suspect because my guest requested a change in arrival schedule and I agreed. Finally, I only received payment from an additional fund of US$4.4 and the amount of which 3 days has not been paid by Airbnb. I repeatedly contacted Aibnb support but said my problem was closed. Where do I find a solution?

Sorry to hear there is some confusion over your payment. It does sound a little complicated. If you are unhappy with the outcome, I would recommend contacting Support again and asking them to reopen your case.
