Blue zone car parking

From next month, the city where I am having airbnb apartment is putting in place a new parking rules (blue lines) that does not allow people to park for free during for 12 hours during night.
This means that the guest should pay about 10 euro / night to park the car on the apartment street/area.

Should I increase the price of the rent for 10 euro / night or it is better that the gust is pay the parking place by himself/herself?

It could be nice that airbnb is adding a specific entry during the booking phase where the guests should specify if they need parking place (or not) and if they want include this price to the booking of if they will pay by themself at their arrival.
