Bounced payout?

My listing is now live and I had my first stay last week. However the account number I provided for payouts is a pot saving one, was mistakenly informed by my bank it can accept online payments but looks like it might not be the case. In completed transactions it shows that money for that stay was transferred to this account but as it won't accept payments what happened to the money? I have now provided a new, correct account number and contacted Airbnb but haven't had much help from them.....

@Artur521 I think you should ask the bank where the money has gone. Hopefully, armed with this info, you might get some help from Airbnb. I suspect the bank may have the money in their suspense account so no amount of chasing Airbnb will help until they have the money back.
