CSV Files - Gross earnings

Hi everyone! Does anyone know why the Gross Earnings CSV lists a different (lower) occupancy tax than the reservation itself? For example, one of my reservations states the guest paid occupancy taxes of $54.56, but in the CSV file for that reservation it states the occupancy taxes were $36. Any insight on this? I am in Canada.

Thanks!

Airbnb is full of bugs. You are not required to submit GST or HST if your rentals are long term of 31 nights or more per stay. In my case I am long term and when I preview what guests will pay, taxes do not show. They only appear when I try 30 nights or less. Same goes for when I try to reserve as an anonymous user... no tax fro 31 nights or more. Yet for some reason my guests are being charged ILLEGALLY a little more than 1%. In one case about 55 bucks for a $4500, 56 night stay. This wrong.  Don't count on Airbnb to help. Customer Service is completely useless and just points you to useless inconsistent articles.  They might as well not even exist.
