Canada - personal home insurance companies that will cover short term rentals?

Hello canadian hosts; do you know which insurance companies cover short term rentals?

Always a problem in Canada.  Intact is on a case by case basis.  They haven't helped me out, though I've been with them for at least 20 years.

My broker is working with April Insurance.  There website says they cover specialty insurance and specifically Airbnb.  Try starting there, hopefully you have an excellent broker who knows your situation and history.
