Canadian Criminal background check for a tenant

My building requires criminal background checks for my STR. I do them for US citizens using Transunion Smart Move for $25 ISD and my buildings management will do it for $50. I have a Canadian who wants to rent but my building charges $105 per person for a criminal background check. Anyone know a cheaper way I can do this myself?  Like a Transunion type company, I see some things online but would rather go with a recommendation. Thanks!!!
