Hi - we’re recent hosts and tried to add a payout method on AirBNB. In our case, it was International Wire (to Colombia). However, after trying the AirBNB app and the site, and with the help of AirBNB’s online support, we were unable to do so.
According to the AirBNB help lady, we are not the only ones, and the only recourse is to wait until the technical department figures out the problem. (Of course, another recourse is a lawyer, but we’re not there yet.) That was 3 days ago, and there has not been any word since. We don’t know if AirBNB collected the money from the first two rentals or not, or where that money is.
This is unacceptable for a billion dollar company. Is anyone else having the same problem with AirBNB?
