I would suggest you post in your local Capetown host group on FB to find a local experienced superhost vehicle offers cohosting services .
with cohosts you need someone who can be on hand locally for spot checks with cleaners, who has great contacts with local contractors and who understands cyber STR market in your area.

I 100% agree, unfortunately my local South African face book group rejected my admittance request , I suspect its a combination of my property not being live yet (because I seek a co-host!) and folks hold a "love of digital powers" within a group context.
