Changing a reservation without altering price to guest

Hi

i need to offer a guest to change their reservation to one of our other properties (bigger, more expensive) but I don’t want to charge them any extra. I can’t alter the price so that it remains the same and doesn’t ask for more or offers a refund?!?!

You can use the "change" option on the reservering.

First click in the pricefield, then click outside the Pricefield, it will then show at bottom of page the total amount the guest is paying now. Make a note of it.

 Then change the accommodation, choose 'save" and after that click again in the Pricefield of the change form and set the correct price. Click ouside pricefield and It shows again the (new) amount the guest will be paying.

It will also show you the difference in what you will be payed. It should be almost zero if same price is set.
