If there are any fellow Airbnb hosts in Coeur D'Alene Idaho who live in the home that they rent a room or apartment from you will want to be aware that the City Planning Commission and City Council is raising the short term rental permit fee and developing new regulations. This fee increase and possible new regulations will disproportionately impact hosts who live in their homes with smaller fees and all smaller more modest rentals.
