Cohost Payout Question

Hi...I'm a new co-host who has not yet accepted my recent payout offer and gone "live." I'm being offered a set amount per booking, and can't find any clear info on whether or not I would receive a payout for bookings already checked in if I accept the payout offer midstream (any current guests at the time I accept the offer). I get the impression that on the day I accept, I would not receive a payout for any guest currently checked in and staying just one night, but what about those staying more than one night? Would I get the booking payout if I'm an active payout cohost for the rest of their stay? Especially if expected to help those current guests should questions arise or they need help in some way? Calling the help line only results in vague helpless answers.

Update: I decided to try going on Facebook and got a definitive answer to my question via an Airbnb group within 20 minutes! That sure is a better route than trying to deal with Abnb customer service, lol! 😄

This is something you should have agreed with the host when you contracted to provide services for them @Donald385

this is nothing to do with Airbnb but an arrangement between you as a supplier and the host.

I haven't accepted the proposed agreement and payout yet because I can't find any information about this one single aspect, and no one seems to know other than the host only has specific set Airbnb payout choices to select when setting me up online...there is absolutely no wording on Airbnb about this that can be found other than "per booking/prior to check-in." Very vague, and customer service reps I've spoken with seem to be AI with weird canned responses. I  can see this is going nowhere.  Thanks for your input!
