I am new to hosting and have a guest coming in Dec for 7 days. She has requested the following..."Do you think you will be able to generate a receipt for 3 nights so that I can submit that for reimbursement? It would be great if you could include the cleaning and service fees on that part of the bill." She wants the receipt divided so she can get reimbursed by work for part of her trip. Is that something I can do?

If she already made a 7 night reservation how do we cancel that and have her redo for 4 nights for business? 2. How do I send her a special offer for a private stay for the remaining 3 nights and remove the cleaning fee? Any help is appreciated! Thank you, Karen
