I am new to hosting and have a guest coming in Dec for 7 days. She has requested the following..."Do you think you will be able to generate a receipt for 3 nights so that I can submit that for reimbursement? It would be great if you could include the cleaning and service fees on that part of the bill." She wants the receipt divided so she can get reimbursed by work for part of her trip. Is that something I can do?
If guests need the reservation for business purpose, they can include the business details to the reservation:

If only 3 nights are for business she should make a second reservation for the remaining private nights.
(you can sent her a special offer for the private stay and remove the cleaning fee)

If she already made a 7 night reservation how do we cancel that and have her redo for 4 nights for business? 2.
