Hello, I’m new to Airbnb and just posted a new listing. I’ve had a few bookings but it’s been sporadic. Looking for help to get more bookings.

@Gaurav73  Writing an informative listing description would be a good place to start. You have no listing description at all, just an intro. 

Take a look at other host's listings to understand what information you need to provide. Then go back and edit your description, filling out all the fields provided- The Space, Guest Access, Other Things to Note. 

Your beds need reading lamps on bedside tables on both sides of a bed intended for two people. 

The place loooks clean and comfortable, but as your listing  is now, I would really have no idea what you are offering or why I would be attracted to book it.
