A friend of mine has recently started hosting on Airbnb, and she lives in the property she has listed. She usually has friends and family staying with her, but occasionally she also welcomes Airbnb guests. However, she has now received a legal notice letter, and she reached out to me for assistance.

I've tried looking for information on this issue on the platform, but so far, I couldn't find anything relevant.
