Delayed payouts

 

I’m reaching out to share my frustration regarding delayed payouts. Currently, I am waiting on a significant amount of earnings to be released, but the scheduled payout dates are much later than expected. According to Airbnb’s policy, payouts are typically issued within 24 hours of the guest’s check-in. However, I am now facing delays of over 45 days, which is severely affecting my ability to manage my business.

 

I’ve contacted Airbnb Support and my assigned case manager multiple times but have not received any clear or satisfactory answers regarding these delays. This situation has put me in a very difficult position, as I rely on these payments to cover my business expenses, including rent.

 

Is there anyone else experiencing similar issues with payouts? I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance from the community on how to resolve this.
