Demand for Airbnb Listings in San Francisco

Hi there, We've noticed a sharp decline in inquiries and bookings for San Francisco over the last 6 months.  Wondering if this is common for other hosts on the platform and what steps, if any, you've taken to drive demand (preferably other than reducing price)?  Thanks, Adam

@Adam-N-Alex0 in your situation it might be worth buying data from airdna.com This will give you price and occupancy data and be way better any responses you may get here.

I’ve noticed the same. Conferences are down 60% which impacts us a little bit but overall business is down. I’ve tried using some of the Airbnb suggestions to help. Our nightly rate is already a “deal” so prefer not to lower our price. I’m curious to see if we start getting bookings in February as we usually have seen in the past.
