Does Airbnb have a maximum number of guests I can host?

I have 3 bedroom 2 bath house's and offer my listing for 6 guests. I don't feel like more is better and want my guests to be comfortable and my neighbors to be happy. I do see some hosts in my neighborhood who have 16-20 guests for 3-4 bedroom houses. My next door neighbor in particular just added a pool and has her 3 bedroom house listed for 14 people. Instant mini resort is now next door to my once quiet and peaceful home. I'm all for Airbnb and love being a host but I feel like people like this give Airbnb a bad name and make neighbors hate it and now people are fighting against Airbnb's. Love to hear your opinions and wisdom in this area.

@Hollie6  Don't have any wisdom, but my opinion of hosts who try to pack as many people in as they can is extremely low. I wonder if your neighbor is violating fire codes? 14 people in a 3 bedroom house sure sounds like it. Perhaps a call to your local fire chief is in order.
