Does anybody rent out their home in Phoenix/Scottsdale?

I am looking to turn a stand alone home I own into an AirBnB.

I have previously used this home as a rental and the tenant just moved out so I am debating on getting another tenant or turning to the short term rental market. The home is about a mile from old town Scottsdale and is convienient to spring training. 

Do any other hosts in these areas have problems keeping them rented on a semi regular basis?  I'm not looking to make a fortune, basically I just want it to pay for itself.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @George283 ! I'm considering purchasing a home just outside of Scottsdale for a vacation home/ short term rtental when I'm not there. Do you know if areas outside of Scottsdale see as much overage occupancy rates? I don't need to profit, just hoping it will pay for itself! Any advice is welcome!

I would be more then happy to assist you in finding  a property outside of Scottsdale if you are not working with a Realtor yet! I am also a Realtor and specialize as a buyers agent in finding short term rentals and vacation homes. I know all the great areas, and also could provide you numbers. Hi, I'm thinking on renting my condo as a vacation stay. But I'm not sure how much to rent it for. It's located in Phoenix, right off the 101 freeway, minutes away from State Farm Stadium,  and Westgate Mall, and Casino.

It's a 2 bdrm 2bath split floor plan, ground level?
