Double taxed

Does anyone else have issues with the arbitrary collecting of taxes from the guest that goes directly to the state and not to the host? In addition to the collecting from my guests I am paying both the state and local taxes out of the portion sent to me. So basically every transaction  includes approximately 24% in taxation for sales tax! I went through the process of changing at least I thought I did the directives on my site but they are still collecting those taxes and not releasing them to me . does anyone else have this issue do you realize how many millions of dollars are being collected and not appropriated for the host To pay tax

@Kim278 I am confused as to why you are paying the taxes if Airbnb has already paid them on your behalf?
