EOT Licence advice - Greece

Hi,

We are looking at renting out a property in Thessaloniki, Greece and read that we need an EOT licence. Has anyone been through the process of obtaining one for their proprty or can you advise on the process? Is it easy? Do you have a contact who can help us with the process?
