EU VAT

Hi,

I now need to collect VAT. I have found where to submit my VAT details.

I have 2 questions:

1) do I have to increase my nightly rate and my cleaning fee manually or will Airbnb add the VAT automatically on top of my prices?

2) I have a co-host. Will their payout (20% + cleaning fee) be based on the gross price inclusive of VAT? In other words do I have to reduce their % commission?
