Finding a co-Host in Southlake, Texas

I am a newbie with Airbnb and have created my first listing. What I have is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house located in Southlake, Texas. My plan is to have it rented on a per-room basis with at least a 30-day minimum.

This is my listing: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/913608599617971756

I am open for co-Hosts to help me manage the property. If anyone is interested, please let me know. Thank you much!

Why do you want to rent by the room rather than a whole listing? It makes it much more complicated for you to manage in terms of cleaning etc

for a cohost post on your local host group and ask for recommendations for local cohosts who are superhosts

@Mario2933 Hi there! I am open to connecting and supporting you as a cohost. I am currently a Superhost with a unit in Deep Ellum. I would love to connect and talk more if you are still looking.

We have our Listing in Roanoke Texas, I would love to know how your per room renter go. When we tried it with our first listing, we could see how complicated it was. it affect our rating, cleaning etc. it might worth it if your location is in a very busy area and you have dedicated cleaning crew that would be able to take care of alternative day checkout. it would be difficult to take care of the common area. it was a mess for us
