First time Listing

Hello All,

@Esteban289   Since you have contracted with Evolve, it is up to them to get bookings.  If they do not market your property well, and you are not getting bookings, find a local realtor or agency and use them.  Evolve has no vested interest in your community or your listing beyond the money they charge you.

My personal take on this?  I would never book a property managed by Evolve or Vacasa.  I book owner managed properties.  If I want to book with a faceless conglomerate, I book a hotel or resort.
