GST Issues with CRA and Airbnb

I have seen numerous posts by other people regarding issues with Airbnb collecting GST but not remitting in our business Number. CRA is now requiring me to file a return and has zero remittances from AirBnB in my number for 2022 and 2023. The Help keeps insisting it is part of Occupancy taxes but I believe that is an error and they don't understand Canadian law. Using their csv file I have calculated they have averaged only 9.5% and 9.8% annually. Has anyone else been able to resolve this situation without having to remit the money when we did not receive it? Thanks, Jerry
