Suggestions

If there is a kitchen and living room show pictures, all I see is the bedroom.

The sofa bed in the bedroom doesn't look big enough for 2 people, if it opens bigger show a picture of that help build the imagination.

Until you have a good idea of your usual guest.  I would set a price for 2 because 4 in one bedroom is usually a family with children.  You are brand new no renews, a little risky for parents traveling with children if there is a problem.  A couple without kids a little mure likely.

Put an inviting picture  on the cover of the guidebook.

Maybe different Title than Villa, for me if I am Looking for a beautiful one bedroom Villa I think more of a large mansion private type property.  I don't think your title encourages maybe "Splendid, Spacious Beautiful 1 Bedroom Central Location"  I think would entice the guests that want what you offer, saying not economy but also not rich.

Check Amenities it says No Essentials

Caption your pictures discuss like quality linens luxurious towels dishwasher things that yes not all rentals have those things.
