Any thoughts for Cohosts: What would be a reasonable fee to charge for this since it would appear to be 0 depending on the cx policy/timeline? Provided that the Host payout is 0, should I as a Cohost charge fee?
Hi Cheryl, I'm not sure I understand the scenario here. If you have your listing set up where a guest can cancel their reservation with you just before they arrive them you cannot charge them any fee for this. You would need to simply update your cancellation policy on your account so that you're protected. If I misunderstood you question, just let me know. happy to weigh in here.
