Are any hosts in Ghana finding difficulty getting paid by Airbnb?
This is the 3rd Bad experience in a year and I am getting really uncomfortable.
I have called Customer service support 4 times and still nobody getting this simple case resolves. A guest upgraded their room from single to double room apartment for Dec.28 - Jan.3 and extended to Jan.9, and for the difference paid $1,800 deposit for Airbnb to do the calculations and refund the difference to him. To date both host and guest are being ignored! How about the &1,800?
It does not look good for business.
