Guest service fees

Hi all, 

Ive just put my property on Airbnb and was looking at competitors in my area.  We charge €100 a night as does out competitor who is about 30 minutes away with a very similar property. 

My question is this, my service fees are €51 for a 3 night stay.  My competitor is only €38.  They charge €20 cleaning fee and we don't have one.

Does anyone know why my service fees are higher than someone that is almost identical?

@Matthew1427   The AirBnB algorithm, like that of many OTAs, if very flexible and adjusts for all kinds of unknowns.  You can have a guest who pays $40 in service fees, and two weeks later, another guest for the same length of time, same days of week, same number of people will pay $50.  

You have no control over what AirBnB will charge your guest in the way of their service fee.  Don't worry about it.  Offer your property at the best price possible, keep the pictures and description attractive, and garner those "so clean it sparkled" reviews.
