I have a guest messaging through the platform to trade 2 nights stay at our home for a deep cleaning service from their company. Can anyone help me on the bartering policies?

Airbnb is not a bartering platform .

The guest can book your accommodation by special offer (minimum nightly price) and then do the cleaning service.

If you are happy about the result, you can refund the guest. ;>)

Are you in need of a deep clean - if so would the cost be equivalent to a two night stay at yours?

Do you know this company and the quality of their work?

What would they be doing this 'deep clean' during the two night stay?

If I was considering this it would be on the basis that they pay for their stay at standard rates and I would refund ONLY if any agreed checklist of areas are covered to quality/standards agreed.
