Welcome @Marcdaline0 to the community, what do you specifically need help with. I took a quick look at your listing and there's plenty of things you should work on from your title and description and you should work on it soon as new listings get a boost from Airbnb and you don't want to miss on this golden opportunity. We would be happy to help!

Hello @Marcdaline0 👋

Welcome to the Community Center! It's wonderful to have you here. I hope you don't mind, I added a photo and a link to your listing to your post. I'm hoping that with easier access, more hosts will pop by and support you with constructive and helpful feedback.

@Nathan146@Katarzyna87 and @Jonathan2534 I wondered if you could offer some support to Marcdaline? Thank you so much for any input in advance 😊

I saw that you got a reply on your other post from one of the Community Managers also, so I wanted to share that here: Help setting up

I hope this helps,
Rebecca

@Marcdaline0 Starting your Airbnb business can feel overwhelming, but optimizing your listing early on can set you on the right path.

Based on my Marketing Experianced bookings and increasing conversion rates,

Your title is your first chance to grab attention. Use specific and enticing language. For example, instead of “Home in Dayton,” try: “Spacious 4BR Family Retreat | Near Dayton Attractions.” Highlight unique features or location benefits.

Be clear and engaging. Describe what makes your property special and who it’s perfect for. For example:

  • “Enjoy a relaxing stay in this modern 4-bedroom home with plenty of space for families or groups. Just minutes from downtown Dayton, with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces, and a large backyard perfect for gatherings.”
