I started my hosting last November, it was great when I began, plenty of guests all giving 10/10 with brilliant comments. However now I seem to get only one booking each month.

I have ask bnb why this might be happening but they cannot tell me

@Martin4036 My only suggestion is that you search for similar properties in your location from a different IP address and see

a) Where you come on the search listing

b) If your price is competitive

If you are low on search results then switching on Instant Book might help. Some also say that irrelevant listing updates or changing the price by a vey small amount can boost you in the search.

Yes it's much the same for me...I have no bookings beyond August at all...I am in Lexden...sorry to know that you are experiencing the same!

Dozens of Hosts are reporting on numerous threads that their bookings have crashed since the Summer Release, that they've disappeared off the map, and other changes (like offering arbitrary "available" future weeks) are killing business. I am one of them.
