Host payout

I created a Airbnb page for my friend who recently purchased a condo to rent out. Since I live here locally, I am her Property Manager and also manage the Airbnb site.  Since I created it, I am the Host but she is the one to get the payout.  How can we get this set up properly?   I do need to remain the main contact but payout needs to go to her. Thank you!

@Julie3775  That makes sense.  Try this:

Go to Account -> Payments & payouts -> Payouts

Scroll down to Payout methods and add your friend's bank account

It will probably need to be approved and that might take a day or two

When it's set up, scroll down to Payout Routing Rules -> Add payout routing rule

Choose the listing, and then choose the bank account where the money is to be sent.

This should work, unless they don't accept a bank account that is not in your - the host's - name as the primary payout method.  If that is a requirement (I just can't remember - sorry!), you could add both your accounts and split the payouts (95%/5%, for instance).  But if they accept her bank account you can have 100% of the payouts sent to her.
