How do I confirm that a guest has paid both payments before they arrive? Very user unfriendly site!!

The second payment is take before arrival, @Tracy627. Whether you can confirm this with Airbnb is questionable, if you could even bear to make that call. What issues have you had to make you ask the question?

@Gordon0 @Tracy627 Airbnb generally hides all guest payment information from hosts. There is however one way you can determine whether a guest's payment is complete:  attempt to ask them for money in the resolution center. You will be prevented from sending the request if their payment is incomplete.
