How do you apply for a Clark County Short Term Rental License?

My son started Airbnb and is looking to get a Clark County Short Term Rental License ASAP.

Is there any way he can apply for and get the license before March 2023?

Shouldn't he have got the license before he started hosting @Yoshiko22 

Surely the quickest way for him to get the license is to apply to his local government .

I'm not sure how you think people on an international community can help him get the license?
