I am dealing with a technical issue and support is insisting on calling me. For once, I do not need a call, just an issue fixed. Anyway, they insist on talking and telling me the call has to be after 11 pm. I have provided my (more reasonable) hours and no they are just not responding at all at this point. I am assuming I need to call them myself and hope for the best?
I'm sorry to read about your frustration with scheduling a call. I wondered as it's been a while, whether you managed to get in touch with support and get the issue resolved?
@Rebecca support ended up going into a wrong listing, messed up my calendar causing the property being double booked on another platform costing me a significant amount of money in penalties as well as lowered ranking there. I spent hours dealing with that. My airbnb issue is still not resolved and at this point I do not want them touching anything on my account. I am surprised that as an admin you decided to come back to this thread and ask for my feedback publicly. You should know at this point that airbnb support is atrocious.
