How to get more bookings

Hello. I am a Super Host in Wildwood NJ. This is a Summer Shore town with bookings mainly June through September. How can I maximize this time? I have two houses on the same property. I rent them out separately and together. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

-Ensure your listings have professional, high-resolution photos showcasing the best features of your houses and the surrounding area. Consider seasonal updates to these photos to highlight summer-specific amenities like outdoor spaces.

-Provide thorough, engaging descriptions of both properties. Highlight proximity to the beach, local attractions, and any unique features of your homes.

-Offer amenities that are appealing in the summer, such as beach gear, outdoor grills, and air conditioning. Little touches like a welcome basket with local products or information packets about local attractions can also make a big difference.

-Encourage early bookings by offering discounts for guests who book their summer stays in advance.

-Fill unbooked dates with last-minute deals. This can attract spontaneous travelers and ensure you have no empty nights.

-Prompt guests to leave reviews after their stay. Positive reviews can significantly impact your visibility and attractiveness to future guests. Hope this helps!
