For weekday pricing, I typically set a lower rate compared to weekends. Additionally, as the check-in dates approach, I apply a 30% discount to encourage bookings and fill those dates.

During the lean season, it's more beneficial to have a lower rate and secure reservations than to have no bookings at all to also maintain the Superhost status or get the Superhost status.
