I accepted full refund to a guest, but AirBnB keeps 158 Euro, why?

A guest who is going to our hospital for treatment cancels his booking because he didn't understand that it was a shared bathroom. I accept the cancellation and full refund (i.e. I made a flat number because the system warne me, that the reimbursement would be higher than the payment), but AirBnb keeps appr. 10 % = 158 Euro. WHY?

I guess, it's the Airbnb service fee, which is reimbursable only in special cases:
