I am not receive payouts

Hello,

I've been hosting for about a month, the first booking was 20 days ago, since then I've had 10 bookings, and only for one I received the payment. The support team hasn't provided me with any relevant information; they just told me to add a new payment method. But if the payment went through for one booking, it means that the payment method is correct. Please help me.

Did you try adding a payment method as suggested by Support team?

 

Have there been any updates on this issue since the time you posted a while ago?
