Yes I got sorted, but no thanks to air B&B quite honestly they were next to useless!

I found a way to delete the passport photo as it was the cause of the problem. UK passport has reflective patterns which obscure your image unless photographed at an angle & in the correct light, once this was done it accepted the ID.
