Do you know anyone who can help on this issue? I have contacted Airbnb to ask about the Documents Trust or Charity. But what is meant by these documents? Do you have someone who can share with us the sample or any documents we can replace?

Hi,

Has this issue been resolved? I am struggling with something similar, I seem to be stuck in a loop with a chatbot and I have an error when I try to update the details. We are registered as a Trust which is not a company and it looks like the format does not accommodate it very well. I keep getting errors, I keep telling the bot about the errors and then I get the same automated message telling me to upload the stuff where I get the errors! It's very frustrating. Is there a way to contact a human for help???
