Impossible to find help for switching my taxpayer info

Hello

i don’t understand why airbnb doesn’t hire responsible  people with knowledge to do their job. 
i’m trying more than a month to find out how can i change my tax info as i have switched from a natural person to a company, and the steps to follow don’t give results? Can anyone help me? Pleaseeee
