I have received pay out after having my first client. How do I need to invoice to airbnb?

You don't need to invoice Airbnb. Instead, you may need to invoice the guest, for which you will require their details. Consult your accountant or bookkeeper for assistance with this process.

Additionally, while managing this, review the guest booking and search for the Airbnb invoice. Airbnb provides proof of deduction of host fees from the amount the guest paid. Your accountant will also require these documents.

@Guy991  Why would anyone need to invoice a guest? Why would anyone consult their accountant or bookkeeper about invoicing a guest?

You don't invoice someone after receiving their payment. You invoice them to request their payment. But with Airbnb, the guest pays Airbnb at time of booking. Airbnb then keeps the money until after the stay has started.

You have received the pay out. Why do you think you need to invoice Airbnb? You don't need to invoice anyone.
