Ireland Hosting- Rent Pressure Zones

Greetings hosts,

I was wondering if other hosts in Ireland have been contacted directly by their Local Authorities via Airbnb about short-term letting?

I was, and am wondering if this is a common occurrence, or if someone made a silent complaint about my activities.

I have stopped hosting as a result of short-term letting regulations, and am just looking into this a little.

Yes I have received a similar letter asking that I cease and desist and contact the local authorities to apply for planning. I only rent for June July and August just wondering if you have resisted your property? Applied for planning? Thanks Leonard
