Key drop-of and collection services in London

Hi ,

Can anyone recommend an alternative to Keynest in London.

Keynest lost my keys twice and the second time they lost it, they were only able to confirm they found it a month later when I contacted them wondering why they charged me twice for a key they couldn't find and then also charged storage fees for the same key that they couldn't find when I needed to collect them and they never notified me that they found it until I enquired about the charges.

I replaced my locks for smart locks after the first time Keynest lost my key, but would like to keep an emergency key somewhere just in case anyone locks any of the locks that are not smart locks.

Keynest has clearly proven not to be a reliable option.

Hi @Boris377 ! Since you posted a few days ago, have you managed to find a reliable alternative for key drop off services through an internet search in the meantime?

I replaced my locks for smart locks and drilled a lock box on one of the walls, completely hidden as a backup which so far I've never had to use.
