Hello Everyone, 

I hope you’re all doing well, I’m in the process of getting my first listing up and running here on Airbnb. I live in the city of Manchester New Hampshire and I’m trying to figure out what exactly I need such as licensing and legal documents to make sure everything is legit and ready to go. Anyone has any idea? Or knows where I can get this information?

Hi @Alex , just to say, both myself and the other host linked to are based in the United Kingdom, and OP's question is about USA law.
