Legal concerns to become a host in Turkey

Dear all,

I am planning to rent my house but could not find enough and precise information how to become eligible for legal requirements. Income tax part is quite meaningful somehow.

What should I do to inform local authorities (municipality registrations, police departments) to make it legal end to end?

I would appreciate if experienced hosts from İstanbul or other cities can reply and share their opinions at that point.
