Long distanst hosting

Hi my wife and I Airbnb a portion of our home in Brooklyn NY and was considering expanding. Our prayer is to join a short-term rental group in Raleigh NC to share ideas. We are researching management and cleaning crews currently speaking with the management team from Evolve. Is there anyone out there doing long distance hosting?

@Eric5544  We have been long distance hosting for more than 15 years.  We do not use a management company like Evolve.  We have found it better to find a local couple/person who is willing to oversee the changeover cleaning and maintenance for a fee.  Finding the right couple/person is the key.  We have been fortunate in that the persons we have hired have been great (priceless) employees who care for our properties as if they were their own, and we compensate them very well for their services.  We suggest that you try to find a couple/person before hiring a faceless company --  ask around and get recommendations from other homeowners in your proposed rental area.

Really have you looked at the post on here regarding Evolve's terrible approach based on guests who have stayed and hosts who have used them. Much better to get an experienced host on board as a local co-host @Eric5544
