hi I am  looking to run/host an Airbnb . I am a businessman having my own business and large businesses over the years . I think you misunderstand the role of cohosts . They are normally hosts with extensive experience as hosts themselves  @Bruce755 

they need to know how to manage guests communication, local STR regulations, how to manage cleaners, set up listing, how the Airbnb platform works, have great relationships with tradespeople. 

IT is not usually a key requirement 😀😀😀

thanks for the reply. I have run multi million rand companies and have owned such companies. I started life off as a chemical plumber so I’m very familiar with the trades. As a sales director, I had to look after 32 sales people so my people skills is actually my strength. my company owned a balcony apartment in Bellita which I overall the full reconstruction and when people we’re using it I made sure the place was clean. All the linen was washed and put on the beds, et cetera et cetera. True, I don’t know what STR is and all the platform of Airbnb but I can’t believe that that can be too hard to learn.. However, thank you for your reply was much appreciated.
