Looking to sell our Airbnb home

We are putting our home on the market soon but have Airbnb guests booked into 2021 - how do I properly handle these reservations if the house sells? Do I cancel their reservations and tell them the house sold? Has anyone dealt with this - and if so, how did you handle it?

You will need to cancel the reservations (but Airbnb will penalise you):

It won’t matter about cancellation fees as long as you don’t plan on hosting again? As they deduct them from future payouts.

I’m planning on selling myself that’s why I jumped into this conversation, as the main website mentions nothing about it! Surprise, surprise! I have over 20k of bookings to come so it’s a big decision I have a buyer already who wants to move in. I feel very conflicted about my guests and if I cancel them all I’ll probs be banned from Airbnb? Do they offer any help at all to relocate the guests?
